Do I need a referral?

A referral is not required to attend Performance Physio. However, if you are using Medicare EPC then you must bring the appropriate referral forms.

Veterans Affairs (DVA) patients are required to have a current referral from your current treating doctor.

How Do I Pay?

Payment is required on the day of service. Payment can be made via EFT, credit card. Private Health Insurance on-the-spot claims can be made via HICAPS if you bring your card on the day.

How long are sessions?

Physio appointments are for 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:

Notification is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be incurred with insufficient notice.
If you do not show up to your appointment a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.

If you or anyone in your household has Covid-19 or symptoms of Covid-19 then you must cancel your appointment. Please call to discuss.


What practices are in place against Covid?

The health and safety of our patients is paramount. Performance Physio has strict measures in place to prevent the spread of any illness, including Covid. There are air purifiers in waiting areas and in treatment rooms.

A hand sanitizer station is located at our front entrance. Treatment room surfaces are disinfected after every patient. Windows and clinic entrance doors are opened to let fresh air in as often as weather permits.
